Collaborative Dimension

In today’s business world, where knowledge serves as a key factor in enhancing organizational competitiveness, collaboration—especially inter-organizational collaboration—has become a vital strategic tool. It helps integrate, connect, and elevate competitive capabilities through knowledge transfer and innovation. Organizational interactions take various forms, such as co-research and development (Co-R&D), co-manufacturing, and co-branding.
Beyond these processes, identifying business partners is another critical factor that determines the feasibility and success of business ventures. Collaboration can be seen as the first gateway to innovation and sustainable competitiveness.
At the Graduate School of Management and Innovation (GMI), we emphasize equipping students with essential skills such as teamwork, negotiation, and strategic decision-making. Additionally, we focus on providing knowledge in economics, politics, innovation, and international trade, forming a robust foundation for students to thrive in this collaborative and competitive landscape.
