Master of Business Administration Program in Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Sustainability Management
Entrepreneurship does not arise from coincidence but from intentional efforts to create valuable innovations (value creation) that meet the needs of customers or target markets. This requires passionate dedication (Passion) and a suitable understanding of resource allocation and time management to transform ideas or innovations into products that customers demand, focusing on business success. This includes returns in the form of money, such as revenue, or non-monetary returns like freedom. Entrepreneurs also need to understand the risks that may arise due to the uncertainties of the business environment. They must make decisions based on accurate and precise information to lead the business towards predefined goals.
The Master of Business Administration Program in Entrepreneurship aims to develop entrepreneurs professionally by integrating scientific and technological disciplines with management. It emphasizes creating new entrepreneurs with knowledge and abilities to manage contemporary businesses, enhancing their competitiveness and capabilities. This is achieved through effective coordination between academia and industry sectors.
