On August 4, 2025, at 08:45 a.m., Mr. Seksan Suksang, Director-General of the Legal Execution Department, presided over the opening ceremony of the training program on “Change Leadership for Innovation Development in Organizations.”
Mr. Palat Hiransirisombat, Chief Inspector General of the Legal Execution Department, delivered the report.
This training is held from August 4–6, 2025, with 39 executives of the Legal Execution Department participating. The program is honored by the presence of Associate Professor Dr. Taweesak Kritcharoen, Dean of the Graduate School of Management and Innovation (GMI); Assistant Professor Dr. Paramet Worasaeyanont, Associate Dean for Partnership Affairs, Graduate School of Management and Innovation (GMI), King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi; and Mr. Chanchai Thongratana, Chairman of Lean Forward Co., Ltd., who serve as guest speakers and provide knowledge.
Participants are also engaged in group activities under the following topics:
“Quotidian Meeting Activities Review (Exercise Looking Back, Looking Forward, AAA Word of Inspiration), Approaches to Organizational Transformation through the Concept of Transformation Leadership’s Idealized Influence, Discovering Personal Strengths using Point of You Cards, Reflecting on Life Purpose through the IKIGAI Concept (Passion, Profession, Mission, Vocation),” and summarizing the day’s learning along with preparing for the next day’s activities (Debrief Learning & Quotidian Meeting Briefing), held at Royal Princess Larn Luang Hotel, Bangkok.
The objective of this training program is to enable participants to become positive role models for other personnel, possess moral and ethical thinking, and be capable of applying tools and design thinking processes to generate new ideas. It aims to lead to the creation of innovative prototypes for developing tasks or services that effectively meet the needs of the public.
