Real Estate Management Discipline
The Real Estate Management discipline emphasizes integrated teaching and learning, combining knowledge from various related fields. It provides foundational knowledge in finance, accounting, marketing strategies, policies and laws related to project feasibility studies, real estate development approaches, and innovations. Learners can apply this knowledge to various case studies and present their work to exchange ideas and insights both in the classroom and on-site. Experts and professionals from the real estate business are invited to provide guidance and valuable recommendations for developing real estate projects effectively.

Objectives
- To produce graduates equipped with knowledge and skills in both general and specialized modern management, enabling them to effectively manage organizations or become entrepreneurs aligned with the country's development directions.

Program Duration: 2 years (2 semesters per year)

- Plan A2 (Thesis: 12 credits): 40 credits (+4 foundation credits)
- Plan B (Independent Study: 3 credits): 40 credits (+4 foundation credits)
Total Program Fee: 247,000 THB
- Per Credit Fee: 3,000 THB
- Educational Maintenance Fee: 25,000 THB/semester
- Additional Maintenance Fee: 3,750 THB/semester
