The Master of Business Administration Program in Management (Real Estate Management), Graduate School of Management and Innovation, organized an academic study visit focusing on the development of real estate projects, specifically hotels, resorts, and condominiums, in Hua Hin and Sam Roi Yot Districts, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province.
The visit was conducted from April 26 to 27, 2025, covering key sites including THE SEA Condominium, KOCCHIRA (Seahorse Hua Hin Resort), and Baan Talay Dao Hua Hin Resort.
Associate Professor Dr. Mongkol Asavadilokrut led the visit, accompanied by 11 participating students. The primary objective of this activity was to enhance students’ understanding of project management operations, as well as to expose them to the real-world challenges and obstacles faced in the development of hotel, resort, and condominium projects.
This experiential learning initiative aimed to broaden the students’ practical knowledge and professional competencies, complementing their academic studies in the classroom.
