The 2025 Annual Seminar of the Graduate School of Management and Innovation (GMI)

The Graduate School of Management and Innovation (GMI) organized its Annual Seminar 2025 under the theme:
“Fostering ALICE Values to Drive Outcome-Based Education Module and Micro-Credentials”,
held during June 26, June 30, and July 1, 2025.

The seminar aimed to enhance participants’ skills in designing and improving curricula aligned with the concepts of Outcome-Based Education Module and Micro-Credentials, while also promoting understanding and awareness of the organization’s values and culture—ALICE.

On June 26, 2025, the event was honored by the presence of Asst. Prof. Dr. Panutat Boonpramuk, Associate Dean for Educational and Learning Development, who delivered a session to share knowledge and lead discussions. Participants engaged in idea exchanges, experience sharing, and skill development activities aimed at designing and enhancing curricula, courses, and instructional activities in line with the Outcome-Based Education approach. This session also prepared attendees for action planning related to curriculum development and improvement.

The follow-up seminar on organizational values and culture (ALICE) took place at Bangsaen Heritage Hotel, Chonburi Province, during June 30 to July 1, 2025. The goal was to deepen participants’ understanding of the ALICE values, which include:

  • Adaptability: Being ready to adjust to rapid change

  • Leadership: Daring to lead

  • Innovation: Embracing and initiating new ideas

  • Collaboration: Working together with care

  • Entrepreneurship: Acting with ownership and accountability

This portion of the seminar was enriched by a keynote session from Khun Doi Junsuparin (Don Junsuparin), a renowned coach from Berkeley Executive Coaching, who guided GMI personnel through reflective and interactive activities. Key highlights included:

  • “Building Trust for GMI United” – building a foundation of trust among staff

  • “Sharing ALICE Culture for The Better GMI” – a collaborative exchange to foster a stronger organizational culture

Participants gained valuable insights, practical ideas, and had the opportunity to share experiences, thereby strengthening organizational relationships, cooperation, and a shared understanding of core values.
