Master of Business Administration Program in Management
Organization Management Discipline
Organization Management Discipline
In today’s rapidly changing world driven by science and technology, organizational leaders must ask themselves how they can keep up and think further ahead than others in an increasingly competitive environment. The Organization Management discipline will equip you with intellectual tools and enhance competencies across multiple dimensions, such as leadership, change management and communication, strategic organizational and human capital development, organizational risk management, and organizational competency management.
This will build confidence for those advancing to entry-level management positions in helping drive organizational progress and earning the trust of middle and senior management. We believe that skilled and capable managers or leaders are like helmsmen steering the ship, determining the direction toward desired destinations efficiently and effectively. Therefore, we are ready to transform you into a professional organizational manager.”
