Master of Business Administration Program in Management Project Management Discipline
The Project Management discipline has compiled internationally standardized project management knowledge and skills (Project Management International Standard) and presents them in an integrated format combining lectures, case studies, hands-on practice, and communication presentations. This is designed to develop beneficial attitudes, knowledge, and skills for managing complex projects that involve risks and must meet high expectations in terms of quality, time, and costs. This field is suitable for personnel in project-based organizations, such as those working in information technology systems, infrastructure and utility systems, design and engineering, organizations that need to produce new technologies or products, or agencies that must manage strategic projects.

Objectives
- To produce graduates equipped with knowledge and capabilities in both general management and modern specialized management, enabling them to effectively manage organizations or become entrepreneurs aligned with the country's development direction.

- Plan B (Independent Study: 3 credits): 40 credits (+4 foundation credits)
