The Graduate School of Management and Innovation (GMI), King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, organized a study visit under the Development of Partnership Networks to Connect the Ecosystem of Entrepreneurship, Technology, and Sustainability of Students, Society, and Industry Project for the Academic Year 2025. The activity was attended by executives, faculty members, staff, and graduate students, totaling 12 participants, on Saturday, 20 December 2025.
The study visit included Jan Bai Mai Nai Suan Community Enterprise, which focuses on forest creation, income generation, and adding value to leaves. Participants visited the eco-friendly leaf plate production process and exchanged knowledge, experiences, and perspectives on sustainability. The visit aimed to study value creation processes from local natural resources through transforming leaves into environmentally friendly products. Participants learned about raw material selection, production processes, quality control, commercial product development, as well as concepts of job creation, income generation, and strengthening communities through the community enterprise model, alongside shared exchanges of knowledge, experiences, and ideas on sustainable development.
The group then visited the Bee Life Cycle Learning Center at Suphap Bee Farm to study farm management approaches, development into an ecological learning site, and sustainable agri-tourism. The visit also covered beekeeping processes, processing of bee products, value creation through innovation and creative marketing, and the integration of management and innovation knowledge with practical applications in agriculture and local communities.
