The Graduate School of Management and Innovation (GMI) organized a three-day workshop and seminar from 24–26 June 2026 in Rayong Province, Thailand, under the theme “OBEM to Micro-credential (MC) Mapping & Eco-Innovation Sustainability.”
The workshop aimed to advance curriculum development based on the Outcome-Based Education Management (OBEM) framework toward Lifelong Learning. As part of the program, participants visited IRPC Technological College to study its innovative learning environment, including authentic workplace-simulated learning spaces, Work-based Learning (WBL) practices, educational innovation, ecosystem development, and startup/innovation incubation centers. These experiences provided valuable insights for designing learning experiences that better meet the needs of today’s learners.
Participants also collaboratively designed Online Learning and Professional Training initiatives to support lifelong learning and address the evolving skill requirements of the digital workforce and business sector. Through a series of workshops and team-building activities, participants co-created practical training curricula that can be effectively implemented while identifying opportunities to further develop academic programs and professional services through online platforms. These initiatives aim to provide flexible, modern, and sustainable learning opportunities for diverse groups of learners.
