Bangkok, Thailand – 18 July 2026 — The Graduate School of Management and Innovation (GMI), King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), hosted an international workshop titled “Supply Chain Resilience and Geopolitical Risks” at the GMI Auditorium, 5th Floor, KMUTT. The event was designed to equip entrepreneurs, faculty members, alumni, and students with the knowledge and strategic capabilities needed to navigate increasing volatility in the global economic landscape.
As geopolitical tensions and external disruptions continue to directly affect global logistics and transportation networks, traditional approaches focused solely on cost management are no longer sufficient. The workshop therefore focused on developing organizational resilience, enabling businesses to adapt, respond, and grow amid geopolitical uncertainties and crises.
The event provided participants with in-depth knowledge, practical risk assessment approaches, and strategic planning frameworks to strengthen their organizations’ international competitiveness. Real-world case studies and insights from industry experts were also shared to demonstrate how businesses can prepare for and respond effectively to emerging geopolitical risks.
The workshop featured two internationally recognized experts, Mr. Frank Neuscheler and Mr. Hronek Milan, as keynote lecturers. They shared global best practices for strengthening supply chain resilience and explored ways in which businesses can transform global instability and geopolitical challenges into new opportunities for growth.
