At GMI, we believe that great leaders are defined not only by their technological knowledge but also by a strong sense of social responsibility.
The “Leading with Tech, Connecting with Hearts” Student Development Program, organized by the Graduate School of Management and Innovation (GMI), King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), concluded successfully after an inspiring two-day study visit in Chonburi Province.
Throughout the program, students participated in a series of integrated experiential learning activities designed to foster well-rounded leadership competencies beyond the classroom:
🌱 Expanding Perspectives on Technology
Students visited KUBOTA Farm, a leading model of agricultural innovation, to gain insights into technology-driven organizational management and sustainable agricultural practices.
🤝 Cultivating Social Responsibility
Students took part in a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity at the Redemptorist Foundation for People with Disabilities, contributing to the community while developing empathy, compassion, and a commitment to social impact.
💡 Strengthening Leadership and Teamwork
Through interactive team-building activities, students enhanced their collaboration, communication, and leadership skills while building meaningful connections with their peers.
At GMI, we are committed to setting a new standard in graduate education by developing future leaders who excel in management and innovation while embracing ethical leadership and a strong commitment to creating positive social impact.
