On 13 February 2026, the executive team from the Graduate School of Management and Innovation (GMI), King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), together with the Foundation for the Development of KMUTT, held a strategic meeting with executives from NMB-Minebea Thai Ltd. (Bang Pa-in Plant) in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The discussion focused on establishing collaborative initiatives to strengthen the company’s workforce capabilities through a range of training and educational programs aligned with the needs of modern industry.

This important collaboration was initiated through long-standing connections with KMUTT alumni and faculty members who have worked closely with the company. The partnership aims to equip NMB-Minebea Thai personnel with advanced knowledge and skills to drive sustainable organizational growth and long-term competitiveness.

During the meeting, both parties discussed several workforce development programs, including the Mini MBA to MBA (MMM.) pathway, which is designed using an outcome-based education approach that emphasizes measurable learning results. Participants completing the program will gain practical business management competencies and may transfer earned learning outcomes toward a master’s degree in the future.
