Organizes Study Visit on Supply Chain & Logistics Management to Enhance Real-World Learning Experience
The Graduate School of Management and Innovation (GMI), King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), organized a study visit program on Supply Chain & Logistics Management to enhance students’ experiential learning through real-world business operations. The program aimed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of supply chain management from upstream to downstream processes, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Watcharapoj Sapsanguanbun as the head of the study delegation.
Participants gained firsthand insights into practical operations in areas such as:
- Warehouse management
- Transportation planning
- Application of modern logistics technologies
The visit also enabled students to understand the interconnection between material flow and information flow, while analyzing cross-functional collaboration and risk factors affecting supply chain efficiency.
In addition, the program emphasized the development of analytical and strategic thinking skills, equipping students with the capability to apply their knowledge in designing and improving logistics systems effectively in the future.
