GMI Organizes “PDPA for SME” Forum to Enhance Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Featuring a DBM Mini Open House
The Graduate School of Management and Innovation (GMI), King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi, organized the GMI Forum under the theme “PDPA for SME: Personal Data Protection for Sustainable Organizational Management” on Saturday, 24 January 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, at the 1st Floor Hall, N19 Building, GMI, KMUTT. The event aimed to strengthen knowledge and understanding of personal data protection laws among SME entrepreneurs and organizational personnel.
The forum featured Ms. Atchara Suksakorn, Acting Deputy Director for Organizational Development at Mahidol Wittayanusorn School, as the keynote speaker. She shared practical experiences and implementation guidelines for applying PDPA effectively and appropriately within organizations.
In addition, the event included a special Mini Open House for the Digital Business Management (DBM) program. Dr. Alisa Kongton, Chair of the DBM Program, introduced the program overview, teaching approach, and career opportunities in the digital era, providing prospective students with the opportunity to receive direct consultation about graduate study options.
Participants gained valuable knowledge on PDPA compliance and digital-era data management, alongside updated information on graduate-level educational opportunities. The event reaffirmed GMI’s role as a key platform for developing the capabilities of professionals and entrepreneurs to thrive in the modern business landscape.
