Dr. Phat Khumpron, GMI Representative, Welcomes Dr. Pauline Lin from MCUT, Taiwan, to Discuss Academic Collaboration and Visit Research Centers at KMUTT

On July 16, 2025, Dr. Phat Khumpron, representing the Graduate School of Management and Innovation (GMI), welcomed Dr. Pauline Lin from The Ming Chi University of Technology (MCUT), Taiwan, on the occasion of her visit to King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) to discuss potential academic collaboration.

During the visit, Dr. Pauline Lin toured the Innovative Cognitive Computing (IC2) Research Center of the School of Information Technology (SIT) and the Big Data Experience (BX) Research Center of the Department of Computer Engineering (CPE). She also visited various areas within the university and met with the International Affairs Office (IA) to further strengthen institutional relations.

Dr. Pauline Lin expressed a keen interest in pursuing joint research in the areas of Big Data and Data Mining for applications in business and finance, as well as in Data Science, particularly in text and natural language processing (NLP). This collaboration marks an important opportunity to build networks and create pathways for students and staff interested in advancing future cooperation through GMI.
