Legal Execution Department and KMUTT Launch “Team Synergy” Program to Strengthen Professional Legal Officers for Future Challenges<\/strong><\/p>\n

Chonburi, Thailand | 8 July 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Legal Execution Department<\/strong>, in collaboration with the Graduate School of Management and Innovation (GMI), King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT)<\/strong> and the GMI Alumni Team<\/strong>, organized the fifth edition of the “Team Synergy: Organizational Relationship Development for Legal Officers”<\/strong> training program from 6\u20138 July 2026<\/strong> at Pinnacle Grand Jomtien Resort, Pattaya, Chonburi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The program was designed to strengthen teamwork, leadership, and proactive professional capabilities among legal officers, preparing them to effectively respond to the rapidly evolving demands of the public sector.<\/p>\n

The opening ceremony, held on 6 July 2026<\/strong>, was presided over by Mr. Palat Hiransirisombat<\/strong>, Chief Inspector General of the Legal Execution Department. The event also featured a welcome address by Mr. Chaiwit Atthanon<\/strong>, Advisor to the Legal Execution Development Institute. A total of 115 legal officers<\/strong> from both the department’s headquarters and regional offices participated in the program.<\/p>\n

The training was led by Assistant Professor Dr. Parames Varasayanon<\/strong>, Associate Dean for Partnership Relations at KMUTT, together with Mr. Wisak Thanomsap<\/strong> and the GMI Alumni Team. Through a series of interactive workshops, participants developed practical skills in team collaboration, shared goal setting, trust building, and effective organizational communication.<\/p>\n

“Developing personnel in today’s rapidly changing world requires more than enhancing academic knowledge. Building a positive mindset, adaptability, and organizational synergy is essential for legal officers to perform their duties effectively.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The Legal Execution Department believes that strengthening self-awareness and aligning personal goals with organizational values provide a strong foundation for advancing the department’s mission and delivering high-quality public services through the justice system.<\/p>\n

In addition to the intensive training sessions, participants joined an educational field visit to the Sea Turtle Conservation Center of the Royal Thai Navy<\/strong>, where they learned about environmental conservation, discipline, and sustainable resource management through nature-based learning experiences.<\/p>\n

The Team Synergy Program (Batch 5)<\/strong> reinforces the department’s commitment to developing legal professionals who excel not only in legal expertise but also in interpersonal communication, teamwork, and organizational management. These competencies are essential for supporting the Ministry of Justice’s mission to deliver fair, efficient, and sustainable public services.<\/p>\n
