{"id":15508,"date":"2026-07-03T17:14:46","date_gmt":"2026-07-03T10:14:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gmi.kmutt.ac.th\/th\/?p=15508"},"modified":"2026-07-03T17:15:47","modified_gmt":"2026-07-03T10:15:47","slug":"gmi-retreat-2026-obem-to-micro-credential-mc-mapping-eco-innovation-sustainability","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gmi.kmutt.ac.th\/th\/en\/gmi-retreat-2026-obem-to-micro-credential-mc-mapping-eco-innovation-sustainability\/","title":{"rendered":"GMI Retreat 2026 OBEM to Micro-credential (MC) Mapping &#038; Eco-Innovation Sustainability"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Graduate School of Management and Innovation (GMI) organized a three-day workshop and seminar from <strong>24\u201326 June 2026<\/strong> in <strong>Rayong Province<\/strong>, Thailand, under the theme <strong>&#8220;OBEM to Micro-credential (MC) Mapping &amp; Eco-Innovation Sustainability.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The workshop aimed to advance curriculum development based on the <strong>Outcome-Based Education Management (OBEM)<\/strong> framework toward <strong>Lifelong Learning<\/strong>. As part of the program, participants visited <strong>IRPC Technological College<\/strong> to study its innovative learning environment, including authentic workplace-simulated learning spaces, <strong>Work-based Learning (WBL)<\/strong> practices, educational innovation, ecosystem development, and startup\/innovation incubation centers. These experiences provided valuable insights for designing learning experiences that better meet the needs of today&#8217;s learners.<\/p>\n<p>Participants also collaboratively designed <strong>Online Learning<\/strong> and <strong>Professional Training<\/strong> initiatives to support lifelong learning and address the evolving skill requirements of the digital workforce and business sector. Through a series of workshops and team-building activities, participants co-created practical training curricula that can be effectively implemented while identifying opportunities to further develop academic programs and professional services through online platforms.
