The initiative aims to integrate cross-level knowledge and prepare students to become future leaders equipped with strategic thinking and advanced innovation management skills within a streamlined and cost-effective timeframe, in response to the evolving demands of the modern workforce.<\/p>\n<p>The BMD 4+1 program is designed to break the limitations of traditional education by enabling high-potential KMUTT undergraduate students to begin taking graduate-level courses in advance. This pathway allows students to complete both bachelor\u2019s and master\u2019s degrees within just five years, significantly reducing study duration and costs while enhancing readiness for professional careers.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond efficiency, the program emphasizes the development of essential skills for leadership in the digital era. Students will be equipped with innovation management capabilities and strategic thinking skills, which are critical foundations for driving organizations and contributing to sustainable economic growth.<\/p>\n<p>Eligibility Criteria<\/p>\n<p>The program is open to undergraduate students from all faculties at KMUTT who are interested in management and innovation. Applicants must:<br \/>\n\u2022 Have completed at least 4 semesters (for 4-year programs) or 6 semesters (for 5-year programs)<br \/>\n\u2022 Have a minimum cumulative GPA (GPAX) of 2.50 at the time of application<br \/>\n\u2022 Demonstrate a clear intention to pursue a master\u2019s degree at GMI<\/p>\n<p>Note: The program applies exclusively to GMI programs and does not accept credit transfers from external institutions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe do not simply teach management\u2014we develop leaders who understand innovation, empowering our graduates to become key drivers of the nation\u2019s economy.\u201d<br \/>\n\u2014 Assoc.
