(Bang Pa-in Plant) in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The discussion focused on establishing collaborative initiatives to strengthen the company\u2019s workforce capabilities through a range of training and educational programs aligned with the needs of modern industry.<\/p>\n<p>This important collaboration was initiated through long-standing connections with KMUTT alumni and faculty members who have worked closely with the company. The partnership aims to equip NMB-Minebea Thai personnel with advanced knowledge and skills to drive sustainable organizational growth and long-term competitiveness.<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting, both parties discussed several workforce development programs, including the Mini MBA to MBA (MMM.) pathway, which is designed using an outcome-based education approach that emphasizes measurable learning results. Participants completing the program will gain practical business management competencies and may transfer earned learning outcomes toward a master\u2019s degree in the future. In addition, discussions included the development of specialized training programs tailored to support the company\u2019s strategic objectives and deepen critical professional skills.<\/p>\n<p>For specialized engineering training, the Foundation for the Development of KMUTT presented customized programs specifically designed to meet the technical needs of NMB-Minebea Thai. These programs are intended to strengthen employees\u2019 technical capabilities and innovation capacity, enabling them to keep pace with rapid technological advancements and global market changes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis collaboration with NMB-Minebea Thai Ltd. reinforces KMUTT\u2019s vision of being a leader in innovation and talent development that responds directly to industry needs.
