The lecture aimed to strengthen in-depth understanding of capital market mechanisms and opportunities for modern entrepreneurs, particularly students enrolled in the MBA Program in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Sustainability. The program seeks to foster sustainable business growth through appropriate access to capital markets.<\/p>\n<p>This lecture provided students with essential knowledge and practical insights across multiple dimensions, including:<br \/>\n\u2022 Capital fundraising mechanisms in the Thai capital market<br \/>\n\u2022 Key differences between LiVE Exchange, mai, and SET<br \/>\n\u2022 Roles and responsibilities of listed companies<br \/>\n\u2022 Structure of the Securities Registration Statement (Form 69-1)<br \/>\n\u2022 Guidelines for preparing Filing documents specifically for SMEs and startups<\/p>\n<p>These topics are designed to enhance students\u2019 readiness and capabilities to effectively lead businesses into the capital market ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p>Asst. Prof. Dr. Parames Woraseyanont, Assistant Dean for Partnership Affairs and course instructor of \u201cBusiness Data Evaluation, Capital Market Preparation, and Accurate and Complete Disclosure (EPM 634)\u201d, stated that the lecture content aligns closely with the program\u2019s objectives. The course emphasizes not only business growth but also long-term organizational sustainability. This initiative is part of the academic collaboration under the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between GMI and LiVE Exchange, which serves as a key mechanism for integrating practical industry knowledge into academic learning.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis academic collaboration with the SEC and LiVE Exchange provides an important platform that broadens students\u2019 perspectives and strengthens their ability to understand how to build strong and sustainable businesses through capital markets. We believe that the knowledge and experience gained will empower future entrepreneurs to drive their organizations\u2014and Thailand\u2019s industries\u2014forward on a truly sustainable foundation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Asst.
