Prof. Dr. Panutat Boonpramuk<\/strong>, Associate Dean for Educational and Learning Development, who delivered a session to share knowledge and lead discussions. Participants engaged in idea exchanges, experience sharing, and skill development activities aimed at designing and enhancing curricula, courses, and instructional activities in line with the Outcome-Based Education approach. This session also prepared attendees for action planning related to curriculum development and improvement.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1169\" data-end=\"1424\">The <strong data-start=\"1173\" data-end=\"1239\">follow-up seminar on organizational values and culture (ALICE)<\/strong> took place at <strong data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"1300\">Bangsaen Heritage Hotel, Chonburi Province<\/strong>, during <strong data-start=\"1309\" data-end=\"1336\">June 30 to July 1, 2025<\/strong>. The goal was to deepen participants\u2019 understanding of the ALICE values, which include:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1426\" data-end=\"1692\">\n<li data-start=\"1426\" data-end=\"1485\">\n<p data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1485\"><strong data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1433\">A<\/strong>daptability: Being ready to adjust to rapid change<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1486\" data-end=\"1520\">\n<p data-start=\"1488\" data-end=\"1520\"><strong data-start=\"1488\" data-end=\"1493\">L<\/strong>eadership: Daring to lead<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1575\">\n<p data-start=\"1523\" data-end=\"1575\"><strong data-start=\"1523\" data-end=\"1528\">I<\/strong>nnovation: Embracing and initiating new ideas<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1576\" data-end=\"1625\">\n<p data-start=\"1578\" data-end=\"1625\"><strong data-start=\"1578\" data-end=\"1583\">C<\/strong>ollaboration: Working together with care<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1626\" data-end=\"1692\">\n<p data-start=\"1628\" data-end=\"1692\"><strong data-start=\"1628\" data-end=\"1633\">E<\/strong>ntrepreneurship: Acting with ownership and accountability<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1694\" data-end=\"1954\">This portion of the seminar was enriched by a keynote session from <strong data-start=\"1761\" data-end=\"1801\">Khun Doi Junsuparin (Don Junsuparin)<\/strong>, a renowned coach from <strong data-start=\"1825\" data-end=\"1856\">Berkeley Executive Coaching<\/strong>, who guided GMI personnel through reflective and interactive activities.
