“GMI and Southampton Business School Explore Collaborative Opportunities”

The Graduate School of Management and Innovation (GMI) and the International Affairs Office at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) welcomed Dr. Dorrie Chao, Director of Internationalisation (Education) and Exchange Coordinator, representing Southampton Business School from the United Kingdom, for a productive discussion on March 6th, 2024.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Vorapoch Angkasith, Dean of GMI, and Ms. Sasima Juwasophi, Director of the International Affairs Office engaged in deliberations aimed at exploring potential educational and research collaborations. Southampton Business School expressed a keen interest in establishing student exchange programs, organizing joint conferences or seminars, and facilitating staff mobility initiatives.
For the first initiative, GMI plans to invite faculty members from Southampton Business School to serve as distinguished guest speakers on the topic of Technology and Innovation Management.
This collaborative effort between KMUTT and Southampton Business School represents a significant step towards international academic cooperation and enriching opportunities for students and faculty members alike.
